Amanda is quite simply the best of the best! My husband and I met her a few years ago shortly after moving to Seattle at an open house and she left such a great impression. When we decided to start looking for houses earlier this year, she immediately jumped right in and was prepared to write an offer on a house for us within hours of reconnecting with her, got a loan officer on board, and was ready to fight for us to get the property. It ended up not being the right house but within 2 weeks and 4 house tours later, we found another house that needed some major fixing but was in a great area so we were told it would go fast. Amanda made sure to get our offer in the first full day the listing went live and we beat out a competing offer because of her expertise and urgency that she brings to every deal. She then helped us negotiate some help on some of the required renovations to our home, which ultimately made the difference in us becoming first-time home buyers. We closed within a month and have not looked back, we love our house, it's future potential and the area. Amanda only worked with us for a short time looking at houses, but she was also very honest with us. If she thought something was not worth our time she told us, while still respecting our decision making. She also really tailors the house search to what you are looking for. Not everyone has the same priorities, budget, and needs. She quickly adapts to that and helps you reach your unique goals. Lastly, she treated us like family and brought warmth and encouragement to the process, helping us get to the finish line in a way that reinforced we were making the right choice for our future. (Now you couldn't pay us to leave!) We have a lifelong friend in Amanda (she has come to check on our house renovations and cares deeply that we are happy with our new home). We can't wait to have an opportunity to work with her in the future, or just have her over for some home-cooked food once we get our kitchen done!
